$250 refundable damage deposit.
Smoking allowed outside only.
To confirm reservation we require first half of rent. The second half of rent and damage deposit is due two weeks prior to the arrival date. The security deposit will be promptly refunded in full after guest departure and rental inspection completed.
Sales and Lodging tax applies to all rates.

Check In /Out Information:: Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.

You have access to two sand beaches, dock rentals, boat ramp, private parties and business meetings that can be held either at Captain Ron’s or on Cannonball Beach, both would be coordinated through Captain Ron’s, and access to boat rentals. Coordinate through Buccaneer Bay.
